杭州市1~3岁儿童父母亲孤独症相关信息知晓情况调查
Autism Awareness in Parents of Children Aged 1-3 Years
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To estimate the status of autism awareness among the parents of children aged 1-3 years, and provide the basis for early diagnosis and intervention.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted in the 8 districts of Hangzhou.7 community health centers were randomly selected and parents of totally 5263 children aged 1-3 years were investigated with the self-made questionnaire for the status of autism awareness.Results:The num-ber or percentage that thinking the autism was a kind of asocial personality which was one of three main symptoms on autism was 3004(57.1%);The number of a kind of serious pervasive developmental disorders was 2578(49.0%) ,and a kind of speech development retardation was 1800 (34.2%).The channels to get the information about the au-tism were papers and magazines,books,TV/Movies,patients from relatives and neighbors,doctors or experts and others in sequence.Parents with different education background were significantly different in understanding the au-tism(χ2=105.86,129.27,P<0.001).Conclusion:The investigated parents understand the information on autism to a certain extent.And it is beneficial to provide basis to develop health education in community.关键词
