摘要
Abstract
Sr4 RTiNb9 O30 (R= La,Pr,Nd)ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid state method. The X-ray diffraction result showed that the ceramics are pure phase withpnma orthorhombic structure. The ceramics have homogeneous and compact fine grains by scanning electron microscope.The room and high temperature dielectrics properties testing by precision impedance analyzer showed that the room die-lectric constant and loss of the three ceramics decrease with increasing frequencies,while the dielectric constant and loss keep stableand permittivity change about ± 10% at 1MHz from room temperature to 300℃.The ferroelectric testing system indicated that Sr4 PrTiNb9 O30 has weak ferroelectricity.关键词
