烟草基因组中A GO 蛋白的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics Analysis of Argonau te Proteins in Genomeo f Tobaco

Abstract
This study summarized the information of tobacco argonaute ( AGO) proteins which were registered in NCBI, and predicted and analyzed their compositions , phylogenetic tree, signal peptides, transmembrane domain, subcellular localization, hydrophobicity , hydrophilicity, and secondary /tertiary protein structure.The results showed that 22 AGO proteins existed in the genome of tobacco, and they could be divided into 8 categories.Like the AGO proteins in Arabidopsis thalia na, the AGO proteins in tobacco had 3 branches in phylogenetic tree;these AGO proteins were hydrophilic proteins without both transmembrane domain and signal peptides, and they possessed two characteristic domains ( PAZ and PIWI) with α-helix spreading in the secondary structure of the protein.In addition, the AGO2/4/7/16/PNH1 of tobacco was positioned on nucleus, AGO10 was positioned on cytoplasm, and AGO5 was positioned on mitochondrion.关键词
