摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the urgency of the current rural water pollution governance , this paper analyzes the dilem-ma of rural water pollution governance from four aspects of value idea , management system, capital guarantee and realistic pollu-tion.Finally, the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:planning urban and rural pollution control as a whole, improving the environmental management system , actively guiding the market participation, and controlling pollution sources.关键词
