综合管理慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效观察
Observation of the clinical effcet of integrated management on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stationary phase

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated management on the quality of life ,pulmonary function ,prognosis on patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) .Methods 142 patients of COPD were collected out ,who were divided in-to two groups randomly ,one for control group was marked A ,the another for integrated management group was marked B .Two groups were compared after one year ,included the scores of SGQR ,6MWT ,pulmonary function ,the times of acute episode and be hospitalized ,the days in hospital ,and hospitalization costs .Results For B group ,after one year the scores of SGQR were reduced (P<0 .05) ,6MWT were increased (P<0 .05) ,but there was no change of pulmonary function .Two groups were compared after one year ,the scores of SGQR of were lower than A group (P<0 .05);and the 6MWT and pulmonary function were higher than A group(P<0 .05);The times of acute episode and be hospitalized ,the days in hospital ,and the hospitalization costs were all lower than A group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Integrated management on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stationary phase ,could im-prove the quality of life ,slow down pulmonary function decrease ,reduce the times of acute episode and be hospitalized ,and cut down hospitalization costs .关键词
