集束化护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我效能及依从性的影响
Influence of Care Bundle on Self-efficacy and Compliance of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective The aim of this study is to present the influence of care bundle on self-efficacy and compliance of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) .Methods Patients with stable COPD admitted in the respiration department of our hospital were included in this study .In the intervening group ,patients were instructed with rehabilitation care bundle .In the control group ,patients were provided with the traditional rehabilitation guidance .The outcome measures included COPD self-effica-cy scale ,patients′compliance with the care bundle ,hospital length of stay ,hospital charge and the incidence of readmission within 30 days post-discharge .Results A total of 59 patients were included in this study ,with 30 patients in the intervening group with the average age of 66 .34 ± 7 .54 years ,and 29 patients in the control group with the average age of 58 .24 ± 20 .58 years .The care bundle can significantly decrease the average hospital length of stay (P<0 .05) ,the average hospital charges (P<0 .05) ,and in-crease the self-efficacy of COPD patients and patients′compliance with the rehabilitation process .Conclusion The care bundle can significantly increase the self-efficacy of COPD patients and patients′compliance with the rehabilitation process ,which can be wide-ly used in the clinical activities .关键词
