2013～2015年广东省江门市STD实验室梅毒血清学检测能力分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the level of syphilis detection in Jiangmen and improve the quality of testing through exter-nal quality assessment .Methods Constant value syphilis sera to control the quality were delivered the STD laboratory ,and the same detection test were used .Results 87 laboratories in Jiangmen ,China ,were involved in this program in 2013 ,and 23 were qual-ified as standardized STD laboratories and 11 were unqualified .Among 90 involved in 2014 ,30 were qualified and 10 needed to get the qualification .There were 97 laboratories involved in the quality control project in 2015 ,and 45 were qualified and only 2 were below standard .Conclusion The serological detection level of syphilis in Jiangmen remained to be improved .Meanwhile ,quality management system and standardized construction also needed to be given more attention .关键词
