摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical therapy efficacy of Polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine (PPC) from 96 cases with drug-induced hepatitits .Methods Total of 96 patients with drug-induced hepatitis (from 08/2013 to 10/2014) were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group .Patients in control group were treated with the routine treatment of hepatic protection and anti-inflammatory ,while patients in treatment group were treated with PPC and routine treatment .Com-pare the efficacy of two groups .Results The total effective rates of the two groups (treatment group 93 .75% vs control group 83 . 33% ) showed significant difference (P<0 .05) .Serum T-BIL ,ALT and AST levels in treatment group were lower than the control group after therapy .Conclusion PPC treatment is effective for drug-induced hepatitis and it improves the clinical symptoms and signs .It is worthy for clinical use .关键词
