Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP) combined with endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST ) in the treatment of elderly patients with choledocholithiasis .Methods 105 pa-tients with choledocholithiasis were collected from June 2012 to September 2015 .There were 55 cases of elderly patients (age ≥60 years old);non elderly group (age < 60 years old) with 50 cases ,two groups of patients underwent ERCP and EST ,To analysis the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups ,including were compared between the two groups of operation related index and postoperative complications .Results Among them ,50 cases (90 .91% ) in the elderly group were successful ,and 45 cases (90% ) in the non elderly group were successfully removed stones .The elderly group take stone number ,operation time ,postoperative anal ex-haust time ,hospitalization time compared with the non elderly group ,Their differences were not statistically significant (P>0 .05);the group of elderly postoperative complications of pancreatitis ,cholangitis occurred rate was higher than that in the non elderly group (P<0 .05) ,the difference is statistically significant The incidence of complications in the elderly group was higher than that in the non elderly group(21 .82% >10 .00% ) .Conclusion For elderly patients with choledocholithiasis ,the clinical effect is accu-rate and safe ,but need to make a correct assessment of the patients before surgery and pay attention to the surgical complications , improve the success rate .关键词
