Abstract
Objective To study the relationship about the pathological features and prognosis of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer .Methods the clinical data of 516 breast cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed and divided into four subtypes according to hormone receptor expression in breast cancer tissue :Her-2 overexpression ,luminal A ,luminal B and basal-like sub-types .The pathological data and prognosis of these subtypeswere compared .Results Of the 516 breast cancer patients ,there were 45 .1% luminal A-type ,25 .8% luminal B-type ,12 .2% Her-2 overexpression-type ,16 .9% basal-like-type .The X 2 test was used to verify the measurement data .Results showed there was statistical difference for tumor size and clinical stages .The distant metastat-ic rates of patients with Her-2-type and basal-like-type breast cancer were significantly higher compared to patients with the other two subtypes .The five year survival rate of basal-like-typewas worst ,the next was Her-2-type .basal-like-type breast cancer was as-sociated with the worst prognosis .Conclusion The molecular typing of breast cancer has important clinical value in prognosis esti-mation and is expected to affect breast cancer treatment approaches .关键词
