超声弹性成像硬度评分及面积比法在术前乳腺良恶性肿块诊断价值

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of hardness score and area ratio method in the identification of benign and malig-nant breast tumors .Methods 68 patients with single breast lesion diagnosed and given operation in Boai hospital of Zhongshan from February 2012 to June 2015 were selected .Conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography were used and hardness score and area ratio were calculated .Results Among the 68 breast masses ,43 were malignant and 25 were benign .83 .7% of malignant tumors with hardness score 4-5 ,was significantly higher than 12 .8% of benign tumors(P< 0 .05) .The area ratio of malignant tumors was 1 .48 ± 0 .26 ,significantly higher than 1 .26 ± 0 .21 of benign tumors(P<0 .05) .The sensitivity and specificity of hard-ness score method was 82 .6% and 84 .3% .The sensitivity ,specificity and the best cutoff point ROC curve of area ratio method were 1 .3 ,67 .4% and 88 .6% .Conclusion Hardness score and area ratio method of ultrasonic elastography shows great clinical val-ue in the diagnosis of malignant and benign breast tumors .关键词
