Abstract
Objective To explore a better method for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer .Methods Serum CA19-9、CEA and AFP were examined by chemiluminescent immunoassay .Statistics analysis was conducted to assess the data .Results There were significant higher serum CA19-9(P=0 .041) ,CEA(P=0 .023) ,AFP(P=0 .038) in gastric cancer patients than that in normal peo-ple .The AUC of serum CA19-9、CEA and AFP was 0 .644 ,0 .550 and 0 .590 respectively .Nevertheless ,the AUC of combined appli-cation of CA19-9 ,CEP and AFP reached to 0 .818 (95% CI:71 .1-92 .5) .Sensitivity and specificity of combined application were raised to 72 .2% and 78 .8% respectively .Conclusion All the data indicated combined application of serum CA 19-9 ,CEP and AFP enhanced the accuracy of gastric cancer diagnosing apparently .The method was worthy of clinical application .关键词
