摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of HPV-DNA detection combined with p16~ (INK4A) protein expression for the diagnosis of cervical adenocarcinoma .Methods 125 cases of adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix cancer patients from May 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were received ,including 40 cases of patients with CIN I ,30 patients with CIN II ,25 cases of CIN patients .Invasive adenocarcinoma (n = 30) ,and 25 cases of normal cervical tissue .Using immunohistochemistry detection in tis-sues of patients with P16INK 4a .At the same time ,the use of the second generation of hybrid capture method to detect 13 kinds of HPV DNA .Results The results showed that the cervical adenocarcinoma lesions CIN I ,II ,III tissue and infiltrating adenocarcino-ma tissue HPV infection positive rate and positive rate of p 16INK4a protein expression were significantly higher than normal cervi-cal tissue (P< 0 .05);positive rate in cervical group weaving HPV infection and positive rate of P 16INK 4A protein expression was positively correlated .Conclusion HPV-DNA detection combined with P16~ (4A INK) protein expression in the diagnosis of cervical adenocarcinoma has a conducive effect to improve the positive predictive value of cervical adenocarcinoma and CIN .关键词
