摘要

Abstract

Objective To compare the difference of the bone marrow micro metastasis of non small cell lung cancer by immuno-histochemistry and flow cytometry .Methods in May 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital surgical treatment of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) 160 cases ,preoperative without going through chemotherapy and radiotherapy ,surgery in selected rib bone mar-row ,respectively ,and the application of immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry detection of bone marrow in positive cells ex-pression rate .Results 160 cases of immune system in patients with non small cell lung cancer group of detection of bone marrow metastasis positive rate was 30 .0% (48 cases) and stream cytometry bone marrow metastasis positive rate was 34 .4% (55 cases) , 112 cases of immunohistochemical examination negative patients in ,flow cytometry found that 12 patients with bone marrow occur-ring micrometastasis ;and 48 cases of immunohistochemical examination positive patients ,5 patients with flow cytometry was nega-tive .Conclusion both flow cytometry and immunohistochemical technique can detect the bone marrow micro metastasis of non small cell lung cancer ,and flow cytometry has a higher sensitivity and detection efficiency .
