3657株下呼吸道感染革兰阴性杆菌的临床分布及其耐药性分析

Abstract
Objective In order to explore the distribution and drug resistance of Gram-Negative Bacteria causing lower respirato-ry tract infections of patients in the region of Baise .Methods Isolated and cultured the pathogenic bacteria from the specimen of lower respiratory tract infections patients in affiliated hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from January of 2012 to December of 2014 ,and using automatic microbial identification system of Vitek 2 to identify the bacteria and analysis drug susceptibility .Results Totally 3657 strains of Gram-Negative Bacillus were isolated and identified ,The top 5 pathogenic of Gram-Negative Bacillus were Klebsiella pneumoniae ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,Escherichiacol coli ,Acinetobacter baumannii ,and Enter-obacter cloacae .The top 5 pathogenic of Gram-Negative Bacillus in pediatrics were Klebsiella pneumoniae ,Escherichiacol coli ,Acin-etobacter baumannii ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,and Enterobacter cloacae .The results of drug resistance analysis indicated that the gram-negative Bacillus average resistant the Ampicillin rate up to 96 .18% ,and resisted the Cefuroxime Axetil up to 90 .36% .Only three kinds of antibacterial drug resistant rate below 40% on Acinetobacter baumannii .Pseudomonas aeruginosa resisted to ampicil-lin and other 9 kinds of antibacterial drug resistant rate of over 90% .Enterobacter cloacae resisted to ampicillin and other four kinds of antibacterial drug resistant rate reached to 100% .Conclusion Klebsiella pneumoniae ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,Escherichiacol coli ,Acinetobacter baumannii ,and Enterobacter cloacae were the most common pathogenic of Gram-Negative Bacillus on lower re-spiratory tract bacterial infections .There are high rate of resistant drugs to ampicillin ,cefuroxime ester and cefazolin .Acinetobacter baumannii mainly manifests the multi-drug resistance .关键词
