Abstract
Objective to explore the laparoscopic surgery with mifepristone therapy in patients with endometriosis MMP -9 and TIMP-1 .Methods select August 2014-June 2015 in our hospital 90 cases of endometriosis patients undergoing laparoscopic sur-gery ,in accordance with the admission time was divided into two groups ,45 cases/group .Control group routine antibiotic use ,post-operative observation group in the control group on the basis of continuous get 90 d ,for half a year of follow-up ,testing and com-pared two groups of patients with MMP-9 and TIMP-1 level ,record the patient dysmenorrhea ,chronic pelvic pain ,menstrual dis-order and drug side effects and other symptoms .Results two groups of patients the level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 was lower than before laparoscopic surgery ,significant difference (P<0 .05);Observation group decreased than control group ,significant differ-ence (P<0 .05);The control group patients with dysmenorrhea ,symptoms such as abdominal pain ,menstrual disorders and drug side effects the risk is greater than the observation group ,significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion laparoscopic surgery com-bined mifepristone treatment of patients with endometriosis can significantly reduce the MMP -9 and TIMP-1 level ,reduce the pa-tients with dysmenorrhea ,chronic pelvic pain ,menstrual disorders ,and risk symptoms such as drug side effects ,improve the treat-ment efficiency .关键词
