上海市西北地区健康居民体检血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的分布
The characteristics of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the northwest of Shanghai City
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the characteristics of High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) distribution through analyzing serum HDL-C levels in healthy checkup subjects among local urbanese .Methods 10715cases were collected from January 2011 to July 2016 in Shanghai Tongji Hospital(male:n=5713 ,female:n=5 002) .The serum levels of HDL-C were detected by the homogeneous phase method ,and the 6 groups were divided according to the age .Results were analyzed statistically with SPSS11 .5 . Results The results showed that the average level(1 .28 ± 0 .32)mmol/L of HDL-C among the overall population is lower than that of national average level(1 .30mmol/L) .The median serum HDL-C level in female is higher than in male(1 .39 and 1 .11 ,χ2 =2027 . 19 ,P<0 .01) .HDL-C levels in male continuously increase from 1 .1 mmol/L to 1 .18 mmol/L with aging ,HDL-C levels in female decrease from 1 .45 mmol/L to 1 .33 mmol/L with aging .Based on 2007 guidance on prevention and treatment by national health bureau .This study showed that there are 23 .72% of the apparent healthy subjects .especially about 36 .43% of the male .Conclusion These results showed that serum HDL-C level in the northwest of Shanghai City is lower than that of national average level . HDL-C level in male is tended to increase with aging and HDL-C level in female is tended to decrease with aging .The abnormal de-tection rate of the male population is much higher than that of the female .关键词
