探讨注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节退行性关节炎的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of degenerative ar-thritis of the knee joint .Methods 61 cases of patients with degenerative arthritis of the knee were selected from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital for treatmentResults The patients with Lequesne scores (symptoms and signs) were significantly high-er than before treatment (P<0 .05) ,before treatment Lysholm score of the patients were 55 .54 ± 8 .26 ,after treatment ,Lysholm score were 78 .28 ± 8 .32 ,significantly higher than before treatment (t=17 .5641 ,P=0 .0000) .Before treatment of knee flexion patients 87 .9 ± 5 .51° ,after treatment of knee flexion was 121 .1 ± 5 .49 ° ,significantly higher than before treatment (t= 38 . 6515 ,P=0 .0000) .No significant adverse reactions occurred during the drug-treated patients .Conclusion Articular injection of so-dium hyaluronate in the treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee has clinically significant effect ,and is suitable for long-term clinical application .关键词
