Abstract
According to the requirements of the relative space of each coordinate in a radar antenna assembly measure-ment, and based on the existing mechanical measurement system, we used laser tracker and theodolite combined technology to study a high-precision calibration method for radar coordinate, cubic prism coordinate and mechanical coordinate of mi-crowave antenna. We got the calibration between three coordinate systems, and analyzed every factor of calibration accuracy. The results proved validity of the method and the positional accuracy of 0.094 mm, angle accuracy of 0.007 9°. The method meets the requirements for assembly measurement of high precision antennas, and provided an important reference for simi-lar task.关键词
