摘要

Abstract

High integration of electronic elements and smaller volume with single heat conduction paths are design diffi-culties of space thick-film SSPC. The finite element analysis software was used to conduct the steady-state and transient-state performance based on actual working condition. Optimization design is analyzed from the thickness and material of sub-strate and assembling technique etc. The thermal simulation accuracy was validated through the contrast of infrared thermal image test, which provide data support for reliability design.
