摘要
Abstract
Individual creativity has been a hot topic in psychological and organizational behavior .This paper overviewed pri-or research in this field ,summarizing three conceptions of creativity and dividing creativity research into three stages :①in-dividual characteristics and creativity;②the process of creativity;③organizational environment or context and creativity . Meanwhile ,this paper found out the shortage of prior research and proposed research direction in the future .关键词
