Abstract
Civil-military integration is the major strategy to govern state and reinforce the army under the new current situa-tion,and also the key to scientific development of military research institutes .Based on analysis of the current situation and main problems of civil-military integration in military research institutes ,this paper proposed an organization structure and a performance evaluation method with wide applicability and expansibility , aiming to provide a useful reference to the civil-military integration development and mechanism reform of military research institutes .关键词
