棉纤维及苎麻纤维的三级红外光谱研究
Third-step Infrared Spectroscopy Study on Cotton Fiber and Ramie Fiber

Abstract
Third-step infrared spectroscopy study on cotton fiber and ramie fiber was studied.Fourier trans-format tenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy was adopted.The one-dimensional infrared spectroscopy, secondary derivative infrared spectroscopy and synchronized two-dimensional infrared spectroscopy of cotton fiber and ramie fiber were tested.It was found during experiments that four kinds of infrared absorption modes inclu-ding —CH2 asymmetric stretching vibration mode,—CH2 symmetric stretching vibration mode,—OH deforma-tion vibration mode and C—O stretching vibration were existed in both cotton fiber and ramie fiber.It is consid-ered that cotton fiber and ramie fiber can not be distinguished effectively by traditional infrared spectroscopy in frequency of 3 000 cm-1~2 800 cm-1 ,1 450 cm-1~1 400 cm-1 ,1 350 cm-1~1 300 cm-1 and 1 100 cm-1~1 000 cm-1 .However,cotton fiber and ramie fiber can be distinguished clearly by synchronized two-dimensional infrared spectroscopy.关键词
