摘要
Abstract
The production key points for Hismer fiber warp elastic yarn dyed fabric were summarized.Black 78 dtex/24f polyamide 6 semi-dulllow stretch yarn + 44.4 dtex spandex were used as warp.Cotton/modal/His-mer 45/45/10 14.8 tex×3 ply yarn was used as weft.Sectional warping was adopted and the warping speed was 500 m/min.Omniplus air-jet loom was used,the loom tension was 3000 N and the loom efficiency was 92%.The temperatures for scouring and bleaching in finishing were reduced.Hydrogen peroxide usage was decreased.The feeding orders for scouring and bleaching were adjusted to ensure 96.1% elastic recovery rate for fabric eventual-ly.After testing,the fabric was shown better antibacterial property and the content of Hismer fiber was 7%.It is considered that the warp elastic yarn dyed fabric has denim leisure style.It can be used as health care leisure pa-ntskirt in spring and autumn,business suit and so on.关键词
