Abstract
In order to satisfy the electronic control fuel injection system using the Peak & Hold drive mode to realize the different response of solenoid valve to the current change.The avalanche type and energy storage type two discharge duplicate supply drive circuits were proposed, and its open and close characteristics were analyzed, which were verified on the self-developed electronic unit pump.The experimental results show that the opening speed of the energy storage discharge drive circuit is somewhat faster than that of the avalanche discharge drive circuit in the case of same high voltage.And the closing time of the former is determined by the high voltage while the closing time of the later is determined by the MOSFET characteristics.At the same time, the working temperature of the MOSFET is higher than that of the fomer.关键词
