国家安全保障视域下安全情报与战略抗逆力的融合与对策
On Fusion between Resilience and Intelligence from the Perspective of Safeguarding National Security
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] National security intelligence and strategic resilience are both important parts of the safeguarding sys-tem of national security. And the combination of them has great significance to advance the capacity of safeguarding national security. [ Method/Process] This paper elaborates the connotation of national security and safeguarding system of national security, then expounds the big positions and roles of national security intelligence and strategic resilience. Thereinto, the paper emphasizes the concept, theory and function of strategic resilience, and the relation between national security intelligence and strategic resilience. [ Result/Conclusion] This paper builds the fusion model of them and calls it resilligence, and brings forward the countermeasures of resilience and intelligence in the safeguarding system of our national security.关键词
