Path Model for Advisory Capacity Building of National Science and Technology Policy Think Tank
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] The ability of science and technology policy advisory services refers to key competitive advantages of the science and technology policy think tank based on its resources, which are different from other organizations. This paper makes reason analysis for the problems existing in Chinaˊs science and technology policy think tank capacity building, such as weak prospective study a-bility, lack of human resources ability and knowledge integration ability, outdated data resources, high randomness of projects, and so on. [ Method/Process] Based on the analysis, Chinaˊs science and technology policy advisory service capacity building system is conducted at three levels, which are cultivation, promotion and extension of consulting services ability. [ Result/Conclusion] For the first time, the strategy model of enhancing the capability of science and technology policy consultation in China is put forward.关键词
