Assessment of Government Online Services Development in China---An Empirical Study of 338 Cities in China
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] Given the current public affairs with more conflicts and more arduous tasks, the need to further en-hance government’ online services ability on the basis of accurate assessment of its ability becomes more urgent. [ Method/Process] In this paper, AHP is used to design the evaluation system, 338 cities in China are evaluated including municipalities, separately listed cities, capital cities and prefecture-level cities. [ Result/Conclusion] Through the national government online services overall situation investiga-tion, we analyze the situation of 36 major cities Ranking Online Service Index and National City Online Service Index, reflecting the huge gap in the development of e-government online services, and also showing its trendy characteristics of diversified, one-stop and improved breadth and depth, thus support the further development of government online services.关键词
