拓扑优化机载控制台的整机随机振动分析与试验
Random Vibration Analysis and Test of Topology Optimization Airborne Console

Abstract
Airborne console is an important part of aircraft electronic equipment and random vibration is the main factor to the fail-ure of its structure. On ANSYS Workbench software platform, the random vibration simulation analysis of an airborne console was car-ried out in the real working environment, and the direction displacements and the equivalent stress clouds of the whole machine based on traditional design and topology optimization design methods were obtained. The random vibration reliability test of the topology opti-mization console was carried out, and the random vibration acceleration response curve of a characteristic point was obtained. The re-sults of simulation analysis and practical reliability test show that, the topological optimization console structure has good stiffness and dynamic performance, and the console can meet the strength requirements and the structural design is reasonable and reliable. The es-tablished finite element analysis model is reasonable, and the simulation results obtained are credible. This provides a theoretical basis for the design of airborne equipment.关键词
