Abstract
Objective:To study the femoral fracture merge points of clinical manifestations and diagnosis of knee injuries , summarize the clinical experience .Methods:in November 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital during the period of merger accepts the 15 cases of femoral fractures patients with knee injuries, as the main research object of this study , 15 cases of femoral fracture merge the clinical data of patients with knee injuries were analyzed retrospectively , understand all of the patients clinical characteristics , and summarize the main points femoral fracture merge the diagnosis of knee joint injury .Results:15 cases of femoral fractures after combined treatment of patients with injury of knee joint , of which 8 cases were markedly effective , 6 cases effective , treatment the total effective rate was 93.33%, no recurrence , no complications such as avascular necrosis , including 1 case of abnormalities in patients with treatment .Mild pain in 1 case, the proportion was 6.67%, 3 patients with moderate pain , the proportion was 200.0 %, with no severe pain patients , the average opera-tion time was (48.75 +9.13) min, the average time for fracture healing (9.15 +2.03)weeks .Femoral fracture merge the knee joint injury in patients with SAS, SDS score points respectively (16.09 +/-5.97), (15.36-6.32).Conclusion: the combination of knee injuries in the current femoral fractures of the clinical diagnosis process , generally should use the conventional X -ray, if clinical symptoms in patients with complex , if necessary , to give patients clinical dynamic inspection , merge in femoral fractures knee injury dur-ing the process of clinical treatment , reduction and internal fixation of the surgical treatment for effective treatment , high safety.关键词
