摘要
Abstract
Objectiev :For long bone fractures clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment depth discussion and analysis.Methods:In the long bone fracture among patients in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 the year of the 52 cases re-ceived treatment as research subjects were randomly divided into two groups namely the observation group and the control group , 26 cases in each group of control group patients to take open reduction and internal fixation measures taken interlocking intramedullary nail for treat -ment of patients in the observation group , two groups of patients in clinical treatment and the incidence of postoperative complications were analyzed.Results:Patients in the observation group total effective rate (96.15%) was significantly higher (76.92%), the incidence of complications (7.69%) was significantly lower than the control group (23.08%), P <0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion:In-terlocking intramedullary nail taken measures long bone fracture patients could improve the patients clinical efficiency , reduce the inci-dence of postoperative complications in patients in the clinical and applications .关键词
