72例浮膝损伤治疗分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the treatment and prognosis of floating knee injury .Methods:Clinical data of 72 patients with floating knee injury were analyzed retrospectively .43 patients were male and 29 patients were female ,age ranged from 12~71 years old ( mean 33 years old).They were divided into 3 types according to the classification of Zhang bo xun :Ⅰtype was 27,Ⅱtype was 23 andⅢtype was 22.Results:all patients were followed up for 6~180 months, and to assess outcome by Using Merchan criterion .The excellent rate were 56.94%and the good rate were 23.6%,the excellent and good rate were 80.56%.Conclusion:the treatment method should be selected according to the whole and local soft tissue conditions , open reduction and internal fixation might have the best curative effect .关键词
