皮瓣转移在手指撕脱伤中的临床应用效果分析
Clinical effect of flap in treating finger avulsion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the finger avulsion flap in the clinical effect , evaluation flap finger avulsion of clinical value.Methods:Select January 2013 to January 2014 in my doctor's finger avulsion of 36 patients, according to the wishes of the patient , the treatment and the use of free skin flap for treatment , 19 patients choose skin flap repair , named the observation group , 17 patients choose the treatment of skin graft surgery , named for the control group .Two groups of patients for a period of 12 months of follow-up, the observed treatment effect compared two groups of patients .Results: Flap survival rate was 100% in the observation group , the control group graft survival rate was 70.58%, flap survival rate was observed for the control group was significantly higher (P <0.05), good fin-ger function of the observation group was 89 .47%, control good group of finger function was 58 .82%, finger function well rate were sig-nificantly higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The flap treat simple finger avulsion operation , good clinical results, finger function in patients with good recovery , it should be recommended clinical use .关键词
