Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury .Methods:randomly selected in October 2013 to 2015 between April in our hospital for inpatient treatment in patients with traumatic brain injury in 90 cases, divided into the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group and routine treatment control group , and the improvement of cognitive func-tion in all of the subjects were observed and recorded , through the neurobehavioral cognitive status examination ( NCSE ) and judgment ( FIMSM) are analyzed and compared , and to investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cognitive dysfunction of the importance of cognitive function .Results: hyperbaric oxygen treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of conventional treatment control group (p<0.05), hyperbaric oxygen treatment group of NCSE score higher than control group , consciousness, orienta-tion, attention, memory, spatial structure, language ability, reasoning ability, calculation ability of the scores were higher than those of the control group (p<0.05).FIMSM scores and FIM scores were significantly higher than the control group in the treatment group (p<0.05).Conclusion:in conventional therapy on patients with traumatic brain injury of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cognitive impairment in patients with recovery has obvious benefits , can reduce the sequelae , improve the clinical efficacy , it should be worth we vigorously promoted in the clinical .关键词
