Abstract
Objective:To study of elderly patients with hip fracture surgery treatment effect of comfortable nursing .Selection Meth-ods:our hospital in April 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture surgery treatment analysis study , 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group , 30 cases in each group , one of the control group only in routine nursing , while in the treatment group on the basis of routine nursing for comfortable nursing treatment , nursing process for two groups of patients tested Harris hip score , and Bartihel index score , for patients with anxiety self-assessment rating scale ( SAS) and depression self rating scale score ( SDS) , the nursing effect for patient satisfaction survey at the same time .Rseults:by comparison with data before and after the discovery , in nursing in the treatment group and control group patients before tested the Harris hip score and Bar -tihel index score results (P >0.05) difference was bigger, so did not have any statistical significance , and after the nursing in the treat-ment group and control group patients tested the Harris hip score and Bartihel index scores were improved greatly , and the promotion of treatment group patients was obviously higher than that of control group , the statistical results are statistically significant (P <0.05), for patients with self rating anxiety rating scale ( SAS) and depression rating scale ( SDS) , before to nursing in the treatment group and con-trol group patients self rating anxiety rating scale (SAS) and depression rating scale (SDS) results (P >0.05) difference is bigger, so do not have any statistical significance , and after the nursing work , the treatment group and control group in patients with anxiety rating scale ( SAS) and depression self rating scale score ( SDS) results were significantly lower , and the treatment group was significantly higher than control group in patients with lower amplitude , statistical results were statistically significant (P <0.05), and effect of nursing care for patients in treatment group and control group patients satisfaction survey , two groups of patients for the nursing effect was very satis-fied,and patients'satisfaction with the degree of nursing effect of treatment group was obviously higher than the control group .The treat-ment group was 98.2%, satisfaction with the degree of nursing effect and the control group 85.7%, to the satisfaction degree of the nurs-ing effect data statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: based on the implement comfortable nursing in elderly pa-tients with hip fracture surgery treatment could effectively improve the patient's postoperative recovery , through the data statistics found that comfortable treatment could effectively improve the patient's Harris hip test score and Bartihel index score , and the patient's anxiety rating scale ( SAS) and depression self rating scale score ( SDS) were significantly lower , that comfortable nursing for the treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture surgery to restore good promoting effect , can significantly improve the patient's Harris hip test score and Bartihel index score, reduce anxiety rating scale (SAS) and depression self rating scale score (SDS), could be used widely in clinic.关键词
