耳声发射对参茯五味芍药汤治疗突发性耳聋的疗效评价
Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effects of Shenfu-Wuwei-Shaoyao Decoction to Acute Hearing Loss by Otoacoustic Emission

Abstract
Objective:To study using distortion product otoacoustic emission ( DPOAE ) in the evaluation of acute hearing loss. Methods:There were 120 patients with acute hearing loss were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. In the treatment group,patients were treated with Shenfu-Wuwei-Shaoyao decoction,and in the control group,patients were given routine treatment. The treat-ment course lasted 2 weeks,and the effects in both groups were observed. Results:In the treatment group, the pass rate of otoacoustic emission(OAE) before treatment was 35%,and increased to 70% after treatment;in the control group the pass rate of OAE was 45%,and increased to 56.7% after treatment. In the treat-ment group,the improvement of the pass rate of the OAE was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.01). On the extraction rate of the signal to noise ratio(SNR) in each frequency,in the treatment group 3 frequencies improved significantly,while in the control group only 1 frequency improved significantly ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions:Shenfu-Wuwei-Shaoyao decoction is very effective for acute hearing loss . DPOAE has important significance for the evaluation of the clinical efficacy for treating acute hearing loss.关键词
