男性更年期综合征的中医用药规律及治疗思路探究
The Prescription Law and Treatment Protocol of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Male Climacteric Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To sum up the prescription law and treatment protocol of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of male climacteric syndrome. Methods:CNKI was searched to retrieve literature from January 1 in 1996 to January 1 in 2016 on TCM treatment of male climacteric syndrome. The retrieved literature was analyzed using Clinical Case Analysis System by Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences Research and TCM Master Academic Thoughts Exploration System. The study with minimal correlation > 0.20 was analyzed. Results:Finally 61 research papers were included. After statistical analysis,there were 6 common syndrome types:spleen and kidney yang deficiency,heart-kidney non-interaction,liver and kidney Yin deficiency,liver qi stagnation,damp heat blocking the middle,deficiency of yin and yang. The most commonly used herbs were Gancao,Danggui,Shudihuang,Shanyao,Gouqizi,Yinyanghuo, Fuling,Baishao,Shanzhuyu,Chaihu,Bajitian,Huangbai,Xianmao,Tusizi,Baizhu,Zexie,Zhimu,Shudihuang,Mudanpi, Dazao,Suanzaoren,Yuanzhi,Danshen;and the most commonly used herbal pairs were Gouqizi with Shanzhuyu with Shudihuang,Yinyanghuo with Bajitian,Xianmao with Yinyanghuo,Huangbai with Zhimu,Yuanzhi with Hehuanpi,Chaihu with Baishao,Shanyao with Zexie,Fuzi with Rougui,Dangshen with Haungqi,with the function to tonify spleen and kidneys,communicate heart and kidney,nourish kidney and liver. Conclusion:Through data excavation,syndrome types,herbs and herbal pairs were analyzed. It was concluded male climacteric syndrome was treated by tonifying kidney and warming yang,nourishing kidney and softening liver,nourishing heart and calming spirit. The result is obtained from reasonable theoretical basis and could guide male climacteric in clinic.关键词
