从“少火生气法”论治儿童脑性瘫痪合并癫痫
Treating Children with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy by “Junior Fire Generating Vital Qi”
摘要
Abstract
This article presents Professor MA Rong’s experience in the treatment of cerebral palsy compli cated with epilepsy. According to the children’s physiological characteristics “kidney tending to be deficient”, and the close correlation between kidney-essence-qi-phlegm,he proposed that cerebral palsy complicated with epilepsy mostly belonged to deficient epilepsy. The disease location is in the kidney,often involving heart, and the key mechanism is that kidney essence deficiency and kidney yang deficiency result in insufficiency of the marrow and phlegm turbidity retention,blocking clear orifice and the meridians. Therefore Professor MA Rong used Heche Baiwei pill to tonify kidneys and promote yang,to resolve phlegm and unblock ori-fice,and to relieve convulsion and spasm.关键词
