金匮温经汤结合口服地屈孕酮治疗黄体功能不全致不孕不育的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Jingui Wenjing Decoction combined with Oral Progesterone Acetate in Treatment of Infertility Caused by Luteal Insufficiency

Abstract
Objective:To Study the clinical effect of DWM decoction combined with oral progesterone acetate in the treatment of infertility caused by luteal insufficiency.Methods:Eighty cases of patients with luteal function caused by incomplete infertility from March 2014 to March 2015 treated in the hospital were researched.Patients in the control group took Jingui Wenjing Decoc-tion,while patients in the observation group adopted Jingui Wenjing decoction combined with oral progesterone acetate treatment. Secretion of E2 ,P condition,endometrial thickness,pregnancy,treatment efficacy of the two groups after the treatment were ob-served.Results:After treatment,E2 and P (138.90 ±30.02)pg/mL,(11.92 ±3.01)ng/mL of the observation group were better than those of the control group (120.01 ±30.21 )pg/mL,(9.21 ±2.91 )ng/mL,with statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Endometrial thickness of the observation group (0.92 ±0.21)cm was better than that of the control group (0.71 ±0.23) cm,showed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Pregnancy rate in the observation group was 87.50% (35 /40),which was better than that the control group of 50.00% (20 /40)and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00% (38 /40)and was supior to that of the control group of 70.00% (28 /40),indicating that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Jingui Wenjing Decoction combined with oral progesterone acetate in the treatment of infertility caused by luteal insufficiency may have obvious clinical curative effect and improve patients with corpus luteum function and increase pregnancy rate.关键词
