中风后痉挛性瘫痪的中医临床治疗研究综述
Research Review on Clinical TCM Treatment for Spastic Paralysis after Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Stroke,also known as cerebral apoplexy,is a common disease in elderly people.The most frequent dysfunctions of the stroke are delayed paralysis and.As spastic paralysis is caused by limb muscle tension,it is relatively difficult for treating spastic paralysis in treatment,compared with stroke paralysis.However,spastic paralysis will definitely occur during the stroke recovery process.Thus,this article is to comprehensively summarize and review the clinical treatment for this stage,to provide clinical ref-erence for clinicians.This article is to systematically study the research progress on TCMtreatment for patients with spastic paraly-sis after stroke research progress from the respective of acupuncture,moxibustion,Chinese medicine treatment and massage thera-py.Advantages and disadvantages of different TCMclinical treatment methods and their corresponding adverse reactions for spastic paralysis after stroke were objectively evaluated,for appropriate decision-making in the TCM treatment therapy choice for spastic paralysis after stroke.关键词
