Arl4 c在结肠癌中的表达及其临床意义
Expression of Arl4c in colon cancer and its clinical pathological significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of Arl4c in colon cancer and its relationship with clinical pathological parameter of colon cancer. Methods A total of 70 cases of colon cancer and 70 cases of normal colon epithelium were collected. The expression of Arl4c was measured by immnohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of Arl4c and the clinical pathological parame-ter of colon cancer was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of Arl4c in colon cancer tissues was 55. 7%, significantly higher than that in normal colon epithelium(P<0. 05). Positive expression of Arl4c was correlated with the differentiation(P<0. 05), but not correlated with gender, age, stage and lymph node metastasis(P >0. 05). Conclusion Arl4c is overexpressed in colon cancer,and it may be involved in colon cancer progression, and is considered as an attractive target for novel anticancer therapy.关键词
