丹枝饮对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症小鼠体内炎性因子的影响
Effect of Danzhi decoction on serum levels of inflammatory factors in murine model with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Danzhi Dection (DZD) on serum levels of interleukin-17A (IL-17A), interleukin-17F(IL-17F), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) and macrophage inflammatory protein-2 (MIP-2) in murine model with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. To explore the pathogenesis of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and explain the pharmacological action of Danzhi Dectionin treating SPID. [Methods] 48 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group , aspirin (ASP) group [20.55 mg/(kg·d)], DZD low-dose group [7.91 mg/(kg·d)], DZD mid-dose group [15.82 mg/(kg·d)] and DZD high-dose group [31.64 mg/(kg·d)], 8 mice in each group. The mice of the model group, ASP group, DZD low-dose group, DZD mid-dose group and DZD high-dose group were given injected Chlamydia muridarum into the uterine cavity to induce SPID. After modeling of 6 weeks, each group were given medicine for 15 d. The mouse grimace scale (MGS), the serum levels of IL-17A, IL-17F, MCP-1 and MIP-2 of mice were detected. [Results] To compare with model group, the MGS, the serum levels of IL-17A, IL-17F, MCP-1 and MIP-2 were significantly decreased in ASP group, DZD low-dose group, DZD mid-dose group and DZD high-dose group (P<0.01). And the effect of DZD mid-dose group was better than other treatment groups (P<0.05). [Conclusion] SPID can enhance the expression levels of IL-17A, IL-17F, MCP-1 and MIP-2, Danzhi Dection can effective reduce the MGS, the serum levels of IL-17A, IL-17F, MCP-1 and MIP-2 in SPID mice. Danzhi Dection is the better choice to treat SPID.关键词
