Study on the adsorption of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles forTaxifolin
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim of this study is to analyze the kinetics and thermodynamics of the Taxifolin adsorption by using the prepared Fe3O4 magneticnanoparticles. [Methods] Fe3O4 is prepared by hydrothermal method. The adsorptionproperties is regulated by the developed HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Taxifolin. [ Results] The results shows that the thermodynamic parameters of Gibbs free energy (ΔGθ) is under zero, Enthalpy (ΔHθ) is 6.58. The process fits well with preudo-first order model. [Conclusion] The adsorption is a spontaneous and exothermic process of increased entropy, there is hydrogen bonding force and van der waals between it.关键词
