摘要
Abstract
The fixed-point poverty alleviation is the main approach to poverty alleviation at all levels , and the main component of Chinese poverty alleviation pattern , which plays the irreplaceable role .It is crucial for current poverty allevia-tion by helping poor people to sort out the development of ideas , consolidate the organizational foundation of poverty allevia-tion, improve the poor people ’ s own development capability .However , targeted poverty alleviation in the county , township and village levels are alienated with institutional tension and other structural difficulties , which needs study and improve with urgency .关键词
