摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the intelligent diagnosis of the electric pump and the motor working conditions during the opera?tion period of the electric pump well,the fault tree and Rete algorithm based intelligent diagnosis method of the electric pump well working condition is researched. The fault tree and knowledge base that support diagnosis of electric pump and motor work?ing conditions were established according to the analysis result of the fault characteristics of the electric pump well. The rule en?gine based on production was realized in combination with the rete algorithm to obtain the diagnosis result of working condition of the electric pump well,and give the corresponding optimization suggestion. Based on the fact data of electric pump well basic data and motor test data,the working conditions of 63 wells were diagnosed. The practice shows that the diagnosis results are consistent with the actual conditions,which improve the location efficiency and accuracy of the working condition fault.
