基于IRLS的圆度误差最优化评定
Circularity error optimization evaluation based on IRLS
摘要
Abstract
The iterative reweighted least square(IRLS)algorithm of the circularity error evaluation is proposed. An itera?tive process is used in the algorithm to solve a series of weighted least squares problems,and adjust the weight coefficient in each step of iteration according to a certain rule to make it approximate to the optimal Lagrange multiplier,and make the least square solution approximate to the minimum zone solution. The algorithm keeps the unique advantage of the least square method, and eliminates the defect of the big error. With Matlab programming,the algorithm is simple to calculate and easy to realize, and has high use value.关键词
