基于Tornambe控制器的激光器功率反馈控制研究
Study on laser power feedback control based on Tornambe controller
摘要
Abstract
In order to satisfy the requirement of the high⁃precision parameter of the laser power feedback control,the Tor⁃nambe controller is used to realize this requirement. The laser power feedback is analyzed briefly. The Tornambe controller is in⁃troduced and the Simulink is used to perform the simulation research for the index requirement. The Simulink simulation results show that,in comparison with the PID controller,the Tornambe controller has overcome the problem that the optimal control pa⁃rameter needs to adjust dynamically while the structure parameter is changed,and makes the precision,anti⁃interference and ro⁃bustness of the laser power feedback control improve to some extent.关键词
