Abstract
China’s information and communication industries underwent profound changes in 2016. China’s information and communication industries transferred from the progressive evolution to the subversive revolution in 2016. The development of China’s information and communication industries in 2016 was reviewed from three aspects of the network, industries and regulations. It was proposed that China’s information and communication industries will go through the profound reform in 2017~2020 and the integrated revolution in 2020~2030, respectively.关键词
