Abstract
At present, current official accounts suffer from single functions and unsubstantial contents, and some online services cannot be handled by ofifcial accounts. In order to deal with these problems, the functional architecture of the united ofifcial account management platform was analyzed according to the status and the service objective of the united ofifcial account management platform. Then, key techniques of the system were investigated. Finally, the idea of presented the united management platform to ofifcial accounts was put forward to provide the solution to the one-stop telecommunication service to users.关键词
