Abstract
In order to enhance the maintenance support capability of telecommunication operators’ networks and improve the network maintenance management, the cloud desktop and VPN access security certiifcate techniques were used to discuss the solution to the cloud desktop system construction for telecommunication operators. The construction practice of Shandong Unicom shows that network maintenance personnel can monitor the network operation and deal with the network fault by means of a terminal based on the cloud desktop system. The network maintenance capability is really enhanced.关键词
